The Canon e-HDxs HJ14ex4.3B-IASE is a wide angle 14x 2/3" lens built to offer high performance in Broadcast and news gathering. Often used in specialty camera applications such as Jibs, steadicam, camera cranes, and remote dolly systems. The lens is lightweight and can be relied upon under harsh conditions. Additionally, it's equipped with features such as the internal focus servo and shuttle-shot programmable positioning. The focal-length range is 4.3-60mm with a minimum object distance of 3' (0.9 m). This lens comes with a 2x extender for doubling focal length.
Canon 4K UHD CJ14ex4.3B IASE S 14x B4 2/3 Broadcast Wide Angle Lens
The portable CJ14ex4.3B IASE S is an important 4K UHD telephoto zoom lens that is part of our 2/3-inch UHDgc series. The 14x zoom ratio supports a focal length range of 4.3 - 60mm (and 8.6 - 120mm with the built-in 2x extender). 4K resolution is maintained over this total focal range and across the 16:9 image plane. Design strategies have extended the optical dynamic range to meet contemporary HDR imaging requirements. The lens also supports the wider color gamut specified in the international standard ITU-R BT.2020. An advanced digital drive unit deploying 16-bit encoders is fully compatible with the zoom, focus and iris controllers used with established broadcast 2/3-inch HDTV cameras. Three 20-pin connectors on the drive unit interface with these controllers (such as ZSC-300D and FPD-400D) while also providing a 16-bit interface to virtual systems.
